โ โ โ โ โ I called to inquire abt water leakage repair in my fridge. The reply was "sorry not at the moment". I said I do not expect to repair now as it is CNY period. She said "Sorry I do not have the knowledge."
I asked again if this means I should call later. She sounded angry and rushing, repeating the same ie no knowledge at the moment. I said wait wait you did not answery qn. She said in high pitch "we are busy now". I said I am not in a hurry and I repeated if the company repair leaking refrigerator. She kept saying no knowledge repeatedly angrily.
I said why are you angry, I only ask. She said she has in coming call. I said how to do biz like this and hang up.
