Called on Wednesday, they came on Thursday punctually on the agreed appointment time and got my Ariston maxi oven fixed on-site within an hour. Superb professional service. Highly recommend. Will definitely keep their number for future.

β β β β β Being a first time home-owner, having our built-in oven trip on us was quite a harrowing experience. Iβm really glad that we decided to engage Mexif for this.
The coordination with Andrea was quick, and weβre extremely glad that her team was flexible enough to meet our timings on short notice.
The service engineer (Darren) was knowledgeable and professional in his work, taking time to explain the source of the issue and how the solution would work.
All in all, it was a complete joy to have engaged their services, and given that they cover services across all kitchen appliances, I would not hesitate to engage them again in the future.

β β β β β I found their contact through Google when my oven tripped the power for my flat and made an appointment for the same week. Darren was very punctual for the appointment and he explained why my oven tripped the power. Laid out the options for me and the cost before commencing work ? The repair was done in 15 minutes without any mess and Iβve already baked a brownie just 2 hours after he left!

Quick in fixing my problem and even kinder to change to a better quality temperature knob for my oven without extra charging but personally delivered during the CB period , without any questions asked.
5 star service, really !!

β β β β β Thoroughly unpleasant customer experience. The person on the phone has no customer focus and is extremely unprofessional. Like others on the list I had the misfortune of encountering a horrible lady on the phone who yelled at me when I asked for a range of what the services could cost for oven repair.
It costs $50 for get an estimate the repair costs. This is about ten percent of the price of a new oven. So it would be helpful to know the typical range repair cost. If it is usually 100-200 then it may be worth it, if it is typically more then it is perhaps best to save the $50.
Rather than making a potential customer comfortable this banshee from hell not only avoided answering the question but yelled at me. I felt like I had committed a crime in asking for the typical range of fees. Im not sure why the hard working technicians are being let down by a troglodyte in front office. She really should consider a career with an Ah Long.

β β β β β Mr Darren was prompt in answering my whatsapp messages and arranging the appointment. Arrived within the time mentioned. Quick in trouble shooting my Ariston oven tripping problem and provided valuable and cost saving solution; rewired my oven which has not been used for years repair comes with 5 years warranty! He is very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He also shared with me some baking tips using my oven and other general knowledge on how to combat humidity in our weather. Kudos to him.

β β β β β Andrea was prompt in responding to my whatsapp inquiry and an appointment was quickly scheduled. Darren arrived on-site punctually and called me to explain the issue with my oven in detail as i was at work. He offered me 2 solutions and the oven was fixed very quickly. Although a tad costly, the warranty, efficiency and fuss-free experience made it all worth it.
