Our renovation journey begins the moment we chanced upon our dream flat in our choice location! We did a lot of research for IDs on the internet and narrow down to 6 of them for appointments. Some ID have superstar attitude who never listen and most of them just took what we said in their design without value add. Some are overloaded with work that they don’t remember anything we wanted even after the second meeting! We were very impressed with YY from Areana Creations Pte Ltd because she listens to us patiently catering to our needs without compromising on the aesthetic and design aspects of our home and spent 4 hours interacting with us on the very first meeting! We did not signed the proposal on the spot as we were waiting for the proposals from the other IDs. While the rest of the proposals were either the quotation is too high or the design was not what we wanted and we don’t feel that we could work with them. We found that YY gave the most reasonable quote for our major renovation but most importantly we can click with YY and we trust that YY can deliver our dream home! In the second meeting YY not only focus on design and configuration of the house, she is the only ID who verbally walk through the entire house with us and managed to make us Feel the “cheerful and warm” theme that she created after talking to us. YY doesn’t prefix a standard design theme ie scandi, muji, industrial etc etc but rather YY try to understand how we want to live in this house and incorporated our “Family Personality” into the house. This made us feel very comfortable and confident that YY understood what we really wanted! We often raised funny ideas and send weird designs or pictures for her to incorporate into our home as we want to be different from others but YY can always balance both our expectations and explained to us patiently how certain things can be done and offer her professional advice or opinions whenever necessary. Throughout the renovation period, she remained to be responsive and reliable when we contacted her. We noticed that YY is good at selecting the team of contractors whom she work with. We experienced this first hand through our interactions with them whenever we pop by throughout the renovation period. YY team from carpentry, electrical, tiling, plumbing, painting etc are so professional and they did such a good job within their professionalism that we can hardly find any flaws though some minor hip cups here and there is unavoidable. Their workmanship is commendable! Some of them go the extra mile by accommodating our many requests especially my request of having so many different pulls and knobs all over my house by putting in so many extra hours for me which I have no idea so much time needed to fix them and helping us with all that drilling for our paintings and photo frames not to mention that our painted curve frame wall for my daughter’s study table too! Throughout the renovation YY is able to balance our expectations and complete the project within budget. Also despite the disruption and uncertainty caused by Covid 19, YY managed to change the schedule of the workflow when necessary to have her team finished our renovation in time for us to move in so that we have minimum disruption in our life. We purchased a resale HDB 3-Rm corner, after comparing few IDs, we decided to engage Areana Creation. Sherry was helpful, knowledgeable and able to advise a better approach from initial one. We appreciate Sherry's relentless effort to communicate and update us on the schedule and progress. She has demonstrated outstanding professionalism throughout the journey even though there were hiccups and delays due to Covid situations from her team.

I engaged Shynn at Areana Creation at AZ Paya Lebar some time ago for my grandparent's home. She is a responsible and creative person whom will not fail to answer our queries and does not fail to clear our doubts. She is also very creative and professional and was able to create very good designs and high quality work. She is are also efficient and are flexible.

We engaged Areana Creation for our recent home renovation. Roy and Nigel were both very helpful. Roy was knowledgable and able to advise us accordingly. Their rates was also one of the more reasonable one after meeting a few IDs.

I started my renovation journey by selecting three IDs from Hometrust and submitted my requirement details via Hometrust; I picked ID with the highest rating, ID with a high rating (Areana), and ID with a normal rating. I was contacted by the 1st ID with the highest rating at first and had a meeting with them. We initially thought that we would go with this ID. One day after I met with the 1st ID, Sherry from Areana contacted me and provided some design details. I was reluctant to provide all the details as I thought I would go with the first ID. Surprisingly, Sherry did an excellent job asking me to spill out all the design and details I had in mind. Without hesitation, I told Sherry all my design details via WhatsApp, and surprisingly she was very responsive and helpful. She did an excellent job explaining the details and suggesting what we could do to improve our design. Our first face-to-face meeting with 1st ID did not even discuss this kind of detail, and the 1st ID also only provided one rendered design of the kitchen. While Sherry kept providing me with the details and 3d drawing with few alternatives so we could visualize the result. Fast forward to the renovation work, Sherry again did a great job managing all of the contractors. When we requested for some changes, she would listen and were always willing to assess and tried to make it work. She would also provide useful advise when we had concerns which I really appreciate. There was a small hiccup during the renovation, but it's nothing that Sherry could not rectify quickly. She would chase the contractor to rectify the issue. The communication also went very smoothly. When we asked for details, Sherry would provide a detailed explanation with some drawing or photo to illustrate that. She also provided a regular progress update and let us know earlier if there was a hiccup or problem. She did come regularly to the site to monitor and QC the contractor's work. I could see that she really put in a lot of effort and was very professional in engaging us from the beginning, during renovation, and even after the renovation. We really had an enjoyable experience working with Sherry from Areana.

We applied through a platform and it gave us various id that were suggested base on our needs. Spoke to afew but chose Arena Creation simply cause we were attended by Sherry. Instantly clicked with her as I too work in service line and that i really appreciate good communication and customer service especially if it is for the first meeting. She was very professional, soft spoken and unlike others we consulted, she wasn’t snobbish and patiently answered our queries as we were first time home owners with many ideas and no clue what can be done and what not. She helped us to identify what is necessary as we had a budget and really made our vision came to life. strongly recommend Sherry and she is prompt in replying your queries during the process, very hands-on, polite and has many years of experience in this line.

I always wanted a dark theme. It was really fortunate to meet my ID Sherry who also likes dark colors. Combined with her designs and professional advice, Sherry was able to put my ideas together and give me my dream home. Sherry is a honest, sincere and responsive designer. She was always fast to make changes or integrate my new ideas; always kept me updated of the renovation progress. She took extra efforts to supervise the work personally. Sherry is more than a ID designer.

Nigel Lim my ID was very responsive and responsible. He delivered what was in the conceptual design. The contractors he assigned to my project were very professional and reliable, especially the carpenter who was very efficient and the finish was excellent. Definitely recommend Nigel.
