Regret buying sharp as its so troublesome for any after sales problems...service center n parts sales are all at different places...this is so unlike panasonic where they hv everything under one roof...parts, service center n cooking lessons for any oven sales are conducted in their panasonic building in bedok which is in the heartlands amd v accesssible as its v near bedok mrt. Sharp has to realise that accessibility to aftersales services is a VERY IMPT factor in consumers' purchase consideration.. Unless, their opponent is v formidable, most comsumers will just make do if a brand's after sales service is gd and accessible and the price is reasonable. An example will be kdk, whose reputation as a fan maker is peerless..i am willing to travel really far fr my house in the east even though their service centre is totally off the grid cos of its formidable reputation for fans...i will not consider another brand for fans... I cld hv mk do w a panasonic fan but i m thinking long term n i knw a kdk fan is going to probably outlast its nearest competitor and kdk has a great aftersale service to match. For most other things, i prefer panasonic cos its nearby and aftersales is seamless. Sharp shld realise this...unless they hv a competitive advantage like the kdk example, if not,they gotto mk their aftersale service seamless and well located as this consideration is a v impt factor that most brands tend to overlook.

Can't diagnose the issue with the loud explosive sound whenever I press the start button of the microwave, after wrongly diagnosed it. Then offer small discount to a new unit. Informed their social media and they replied to say it can be repaired and to check back with sc. Called sc, they were not aware of this. And say they will get back to me. This happened a couple of weeks before CNY 2020 and last spoken was few days before CNY. Today, 31 Jan, still have not heard from them.

I brought my microwave down for repairs said will call me back after 2-3 days. After a week decided to call them and check on update. Was told they would call me back later again. 2 weeks went by and called again for the 5th time was told what the problem was and if I would like it to be repaired. Repair was done within 3 hours of my call. Regretfully this is an unpleasant experience.

Bought a sharp washing machine 2 years old. Repairs cost about 70% of the original price. Service center has no remorse for this. My advice is never buy sharp again.

Slow response. Collected my Helsio microwave on 3 March. Expected their call to inform me the cost of repair. Called a few times to ask for the cost assessment. When they finally called me I missed the call. After that I called them again on 11, 12 and 14 Mar. Finally given the quotation.

Bought a healsio water oven and has been sending back for servicing 3 times over 2 years. Past 2 time, take a long while to service due to covid situation which i can understand. This time, my oven has been away for 2 weeks now Very upset and disappointed by the customer service who doesnt call or return my call I have asked to speak to the service manager, am still waiting after few days. Keep telling me they will check and call me back.

Do not buy Sharp washing machine if you want to live happily. Washine machine breaks down in less than 1 year ?? Once send to their Service Centre is like going to ICU, you will not know when the machine can be out. Customer service is rude & impatient, not knowing what is happening and cannot update you. Sharp machines and customer service really sucks and can't make it. Use it at your own risk and avoid it for happy ending. If can give no star, they will surely deserve it... they really deserve No Star but stones...
