β β β β β I would not recommend Ark Interior to folks who are renovating their home. Hui Ting, our main contact at the firm, hugely delayed our renovation timeline, causing a 6 week delay in what was meant to be a 3 month project. She was tardy in her responses to us many a time, and the workmanship of their main contractor left much to be desired. Chen Pin Ru has been designated to follow up on defects during the 1 year warranty period. We have had to ask multiple times for rectification works to be scheduled, and written acknowledgement of what Ark committed to us verbally has not been forthcoming. It has been a very unpleasant experience that I would not wish on anyone else.

β β β β β We engaged Ark Interior Pte ltd to design our penthouse in Apr 2018 and Gary was assigned to served us.
During the 2 months of renovation, Gary was meticulous and highly responsive to our enquiries. The process was filled with interactions and we could feel his passion to discuss and problem solved all matter be it trivial or difficult diligently and patiently. He is very consistent and carry out the process with high standards and always recommend the most cost effective ways to us. He impressed with his service and professionalism. We were handheld like a new born and he is very willing to feed us all his years of knowledge.
I am really glad to have chosen Ark Interior Pte Ltd and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a responsible, reliable and professional ID.

β β β β β Highly recommend Ark Interior Pte Ltd to home owners. Both Hui Ting and Gary are very good at changing your home layout in a legit and approved way to make it more functional and they spend a lot of time to give our home a unique design. Not only that, they hand-held us with our defect inspection with the developer and solve all the tricky engineering issues before the renovation take place. This give us a peace of mind.
