The worst house renovation company I hv seen in life. Agreed to complete my kitchen renovation by 3 weeks 12 jul to 30 jul, but they dragged it to sep end saying no manpower. No calls were attended with courtesy, what I got was scolded by them for calling to ask when my reno work will be finished?

Came for a consultation. Full of bengs character, looks unhappy when told of my low budget and my intention to do only few things for my house. They also have another showroom in balestier. If you check their FB page, they disable the "reviews" section.

I engaged supreme houzz design to renovate my kitchen cabinet, kitchen vinyl floor, common toilet and master toilet. Started 8 march 2022 it took 3 months to so call complete but not to satusfaction. Very disappointed. Misplaced my rain shower but never replace back, spoilt my water heater but claim not their fault, didnt fix back the aircon pipe, whenever i on my aircon my master toilet will be damn wet. Plumber came but say he cant fix need to call aircon tech to do it. Washing machine drainage pipe now there is a pipe running along the corner of my master toilet leading to the floortrap. Previously before reno my washing machine pipe was connected to the master toilet sink pipe so it doesnt make the toilet look awful and messy. But after reno they relocate my sink pipe to another area without telling me and now my washing machine pipe has to run along the corner of my toilet which makes it look ugly. Cement harden on my kitchen wall tiles, cement harden on my master room floor tiles, water proofing stain on my tiles all they just a blind eye. When i call for them to remove the cement stains they just say ok but no1 will come to do it. Overall very bad experience with this company. Kitchen cabinet and vinyl floor well done.. done perfectly well i give credit to this.

Rubbish service. Promised to finish renovation in 2 months. But renovation took 5 months! Would give 0 star if possible!!!! Contractor comes in once every week. ONCE. How to complete renovations on time?!?!? Asked for the manager’s phone number, but got blue ticked. Keep promising they will complete the week after. But same thing on repeat. Promises after promises, but same rubbish service. If you’re willing to wait up to 5 months for your house renovation, then you can consider this company. If not, I believe there are better renovation companies out there that will definitely give tip top service.
