Very poor customer service. Taking back their own gold at 10% wastage. Really pathetic and day robbery. When asked rude explanation given. AVOID AT ANY COST.

We purchased two white gold bands in November last 2018 on Diwali. At the time of selling, we enquired about the Polish of white gold and it's durability, and the staff's response was you can freely use it for daily purpose , the Polish of the ring won't go away. It has been only 5 months post that, the ring has started changing to yellow gold finish from the edges. We raised this concern on the false promises made yesterday (07/04/2019). The response of store Manager and staff was was not at all acceptable. Initially they we're not ready to admit for Polish damage. Later, the staff told that that will send it for polishing to India, we need to pay 10$ and again there will be no warranty on the service. It will take 1 week in this process. When we denied to pay the polishing charge, so the store manager suggested ok, he will send it to Dubai and it will take atleast 45 days and we do not need to pay any extra charges. Or else one of the weirdest suggestion provided was we can go to India and fix this within 5-10 minutes. Why would we travel to India to fix a ring which is purchased in Singapore. Also, why would we go for exchange in the same store and run behind for the quality of exchange product as well. This is a very disgraceful service of Joyalukas Singapore. It has been only 6 months and your attitude towards taking ownership on the quality of product is a high concern. Joyalukas is a famous brand which encouraged us to purchase from here. Now, the staff behavior is damaging the customer relationship and company's reputation. Need strict action against the store Manager and staff.

I would like to take a moment to deeply appreciate Sales staff by the name SITI who works here. She is not one of those 'cheat and laugh behind your back' kind.As much possible she serves with professionalism and integrity and sometimes goes out of the way to help you in finding right designs based on the requirements.Most of my purchases have been through her some even recommended by her and haven't regretted one bit. She is an asset to any organization and would sincerely recommend her.

Yesterday visited branch near Veeramakaliamman Temple.Very Good customer service.Making charges are like other Indian Jewelleries. It based on the model you selected. They have installment plan for almost all credit cards, except Citi(one shot payment available). Highly appreciate Mr. Shameer who served our purchase. Keep it up. Will visit again.

Poor workman ship for their diamond jewellery. Diamond drops from rings, bangles and ear rings. This is the 5th one in the series

Shopped in this store twice ..... Somehow they are too big for retail customers ... Insane making charges ....Makes it not worth buying ....Would prefer alternative jewellers within Little India

Less interesting and unique collection, but overall a decent shop to purchase jewels. Customer service is good! It will be helpful if they explain the gold emi/chit scheme in detail.
