Second time engaging Artrend. This time it is Kelvin who supported our project. It was a very professional experience and Kelvin was very patient in handling our requirements.

The ID/coordinator Isabel was able to produce nice design and 3D showroom pictures based on my requirements and input. Recommended good color scheme and materials. Also help to save some cost by using alternative ideas or materials but only when not affecting the overall outcome. My wife said she can now staycation at home.

Just had our condo renovated with Brandon of Artrend. It was a tough assignment. He had to renovate a condo which was already very pretty and in good shape, and he came up tops. We had ideas of increasing spaces, improve functionality, reconfigure infrastructure. Brandon matched and improved on them. The reno schedule was very professionally prepared : work and completion timetable, payment schedule, etc. We had meaningful and fruitful discussions, minor amendments, all of which were pleasantly conducted. The result: beautiful and modern functional walk-in wardrobe, bathrooms, kitchen, master-bedroom, balcony. And there is now more usable space all around too. Brandon is very nice to work with. He has good ideas, but is not pushy. He listens and wants to please his clients. Most important of all the man has integrity and honesty. He is proud of his work and does want to deliver quality. And he is serious about finishing and delivering on time, on schedule. A rare commodity in this trade. Would recommend to any who wishes to renovate without heartache. Mr n Mrs Chia

Our home renovation project with Michael and Kelvin from Artrend was very good and smooth. The experience from start to the final handover was very well managed and ended with results that met our expectations. A few notable positive details of our experience were: (1) The tender process - the proposal was very detailed and we were able to make a more informed choice on costing. (2) Flexibility - they were accommodating of minor and 1 or 2 major changes along the process. (3) Account management - Michael our AM, was exceptional throughout the project. He was very committed, involved and provided good advice. Our family has been using Artrend for many of our renovation projects. We will definitely recommend them.

We engaged Artrend Design after going through a few ID firms, comparing each different designer ideas and layout. We were impressed with our ID Kelvin & Jim . They provided us with a visualization of the layout before confirming so that we could have a feel of what the final outcome would look like. This greatly helps in the planning of the whole unit. After confirmation, they helped us with our queries and add-ons proposal during the renovation process. Whenever there were issues pertaining to the ongoing project, they will be there to propose alternatives, keeping functionality in mind. Instead of agreeing anything that we might request. We trusted them with our new outlet and only popped by a few times just to see how the project is going. The main reason that we like about them was also the response. Whenever we texted or called, they were very responsive and attended to our query immediately. This really gave us a peace of mind during the ongoing renovation. Working with both Kelvin & Jim is extremely comfortable and solution oriented. After the handover of the unit, they never fail to respond if we had any issues pertaining to the unit even till today after take over for almost few months. This is my 3rd time doing a whole home reno. I would say the experience with ARTrend was the best. Kelvin was the ID. He was patient and responsible. He talked us out of some of our pre-conceived ideas and persuaded me gently on some items like wall-paper and adding color to internal cabinets. We are pleased on the final outcome and cannot imagine if we decide otherwise. So it was of no regret that I listened to my sister to engage ARTrend, who is another satisfied customer.

Kelvin is a very professional designer. I have known him for more than 25 years, with him helping me with my 2 houses. I have recommended his services to my relatives, they are all satisfied customers. His designs are unique, he helped me custom made my bed, wardrobes, even to design a wooden 2 door to cover up a window at the aircon area in my master bedroom.. (Look at the picture). Many of my friends & relatives admired his unique design in my living room. He is very meticulous, very detailed, responsible, he has a good eye for details. Recently I engaged his service to rebuilt my kitchen cabinets. I highly recommend him for any home designs. He has a team of professional carpentry colleagues.
