how this place is in business is beyond me. many years ago, my ID brought me to buy lights here. unknown to me, they grossly inflated the price of the lights and paid my ID a secret commission. i only discovered it by chance when i walked in to browse one day and found out that the walk-in price was cheaper than the price they quoted. my ID was fired of cos, but the owner refused to take responsibility. nowadays when you can buy everything on the internet, i really wonder how this place is still in business.

Horrible. Delivered pendant lights with scratches all over the glass encasement, refuse to respond and refuse to change. Owner challenged me to take legal action when called to find out why after numerous calls, there’s no reply from the Nick sales rep. And I thought i was supporting local businesses instead of buying online during this Covid situation. Didnt even bargain the price. Man... this place is a rip off. Taking advantage of people’s goodness. Will proceed with whatever legal recourse i can after reading the reviews here, telling me these guys dont learn their lessons. Got an update. Nick sent me an email response. He said product delivered not exchangeable and returnable. Too bad we signed on the DO without scrutinizing the products. He offered to rip me off more money with offers of discounted price to buy additional glass encasement! LOL! Update: Got a mail from Google that I've got quite a lot of views on my review above, so I guess it must be helpful. Here's an update. Small Claims Tribunal Took them to court, took about 4-5 months for whole process. Obviously got a ruling in my favor. LnL ordered to replace the glass casings with good ones to my satisfaction, albeit they did it reluctantly. Throughout whole process, the owner or Nick (sales manager) never showed up (probably scared) so he sent 2 different sales reps (poor reps) to attend, who had little knowledge about the process nor the law. Apparently, either they had no stocks, or no good stocks to replace, they had to ask for adjournment to import new ones. Finally, the installer turned up with 7-8 casings for me to choose. Not all perfect, but acceptable. So chose 5 good ones, now happy. Happy for now a respectable looking lamp. Happy for having gone thru this whole Small Claims process for the 1st time and, its long, but simple. So do not be afraid to take on errant retailers like this. Happy to have hopefully taught these guys that you cannot bully your customers anymore. With the internet and the consumer friendly exchange and returns policies, it's sad to see such brick and mortar retailers not stepping up their game, even for someone who set out to support local retailer in the first place. Hopefully their retail staff, Nick and the 2 reps will learn from this that this is no way to treat their customers. Minimum, you need to be fair, let alone being customer centric. With their current attitude, I fear they will not find good jobs, wherever they go. So whoever is reading this, if you are faced with the same situation as me, don't be afraid to go through the process, teach these guys a lesson.

Was here today to look for lights for office space. Was attended by a guy A (didnt get his name) he was so rude and unhelpful. Didnt even want to show me a sample of the light. Another older guy ask guy A to take the light to show the customer. Guy A unhappily left to find and when he finally came back he just pass me the box and the other older guy ask him to show the light. But Guy A refused. Guy A keep complaining to the older guy in mandarin thinking i dont understand all the words he said. Finally his last comment in mandarin was this is not a supermarket.. i pass the light to the older guy and say Guy A is so rude and i can understand everything he say .

Good service and salesman very honest

Chanced upon this shop on Sat 19 Dec. I recalled being greeted & served by Mr Eugene. A polite and experienced gentleman. Just needed to explained a bit, show him some photo samples & he immediately got my requirement & was kind enough to make further suggestion and explanation to align with my vision. Paid a little downpayment, By Wed 23 Dec, as requested, I got my 4 lights nicely installed by their in-house electrician, Mr Ramki, who is very experience & fast. Overall, I am thankful for Lights N Light's assistance with fulfilling my requirement within my budget. :)

We got most of our lights and ceiling fans from this place. We were attended to by a young Chinese male staff who patiently answered all our questions. Delivery was prompt and all the items ordered from the shop came in perfect condition. Would recommend.

bought cove lights and LED strip from them, LED was ok, but the cove lights sucks, the colour tones are different although they are same brand, the salesperson told us because some are old stock and some are new stock, why would you sell old and new stock together to your customer while you already knew the colour tone will be different? requested for refund but was rejected, so we went for exchange, came back it is still the same, we suspect the salesperson exchanged old stock to us, the 1.9 stars google reviews say it all
