He handled everything for us - new wiring, plumbing, false ceiling, lighting, laying of tiles, bathroom installation, etc. He spent many hours on the work site with us and was always professional, reliable and honest. We had many unusual requests and Richard was always open-minded and willing to try a new approach. For example, when we asked for a rustic stone arch to frame our open-concept kitchen, Richard made sure each stone was cut perfectly to create the desired effect. We are thrilled with the results. "House become sweet home" We had our 3 room renovated in October 2021. It was a very difficult times to do renovation due to many constraints. Jeray is second out of 7 Interior Designers we met, many couldn’t do or have to delay but Jeray can help us. She is packed with resources n very experience. We are very grateful n fortunate to be able to engaged her services and would like to thank Jeray for being part of our dream home. During enquire stage, she listens to details, taking down notes and explain how progressions would begin, her detailed work further enhanced her service to grade “Star” service! It was within minutes after my enquires she presented us a well draft quotation n show materials to our taste. Our ideas n concepts were patchy but she mix matched n painted our ideas well. Her verbal presentation is like a virtual tour, so real! My wife n me feel its like happening in front of us… as she presenting. There were times we made few changes here and there after finalizing, she accommodate to our request. She did an excellent job in updating n managing on the progress of the works carried out. In few occasions, as some old tiles n lightings brackets are not easily available, she went extra mile to seek more contacts, offered us to choose so that hacking works go on without any disruptions. She also coordinate well with her workers without much delays. Jeray.. despite her busy schedules, we can see her on site often giving instructions, assisting n accessing different stages of works. She gave us some practical ideas, tips n advice according to our budget so as to prevent unnecessary spendings. Most importantly she kept within the budget without compromising the quality works. Jeray is not pushy on her ideas instead she will listen to our requirements and will come up with solutions. She made the whole process seamless, smooth and deliver the outcome within the promised time frame. She is proactive and responses well. I remembered very frequently Jeray asked if we got any questions or doubts she’ll be ready to deal. Now that’s an effort! . Jeray is committed and takes pride in her work.
