Affordable group packages to china for the whole family. Will definitely recommend ASA to friends and family. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

Service need to be improved. I called on a weekend to check of I could go to the office at suntec to pay for the balance of my tour. The staff said ok. The next day I went to suntec and couldn't find the shop. I called the main line and the person who answered the call said I have to go to people's park office to pay. I said I was told I could pay at suntec. He said "you try". I asked where is the shop. He told me 3rd floor. I couldn't find it. So I called again. This time the lady was really nice. She said it was 2nd floor and gave key shops to find my way there. Finally found the place. The PRC woman there was loud and domineering. When she printed out the invoice I saw "Iris". I asked her for her name She snapped at me "what is my name is not important". She went on to explain all the things she needed to tell me. 2 customers came in. She told them "老人家去门要跟她讲好好!" Hello, I am only 60 and just because my hair is white doesn't mean I am that old. By the way I travel a lot, sometimes DIY. I am not a mountain tortoise. Dont be judgemental ?
