M	Missy Sya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a last minute rush where I have to find a dental on a sunday afternoon when my daughter cracked her molar. First time here and was amazed by the service including the counter staff, Kelly! The dentist is very gentle and the assistant looked out for body cues (for pain) when they gave my daughter the numb jab before the extraction. This clinic is definitely kids friendly. Price wise, i think it is appropriate and so not expensive and with the service you get, it’s worth it! I will book an appt for myself too soon!

She was very patient in helping me find out information and despite taking a long time to decide on the root canal procedure with tons of questions, she still maintained a bubbly and professional demeanour. And I would also like to recommend Dr Cindy Ho for any of your dental procedures as she is very knowledgeable, empathetic and reassuring. She did my root canal on my molar and it was a pretty pain free experience, far from what I was expecting after hearing all the horror stories from others. She always make me feel at ease at each of my session, and acknowledge my fear and explained each of the procedures throuroughly during the consultation and treatments, hence making my visit a much more comfortable experience. Thank you Dr Cindy and Kelly! :)

She was friendly and even remembered the concerns I had in regards to my 3yr old daughter’s front tooth. Dr Cindy interacted well w my children. She was not only engaging but was also reassuring during the treatment. As we were about to leave, another assistant walked in and to my surprise was warm to us too during that short period of time. The impression I get is that everyone here is happy and passionate about their job. Keep up the great service! And my kiddos and I will definitely be back!

Dr. Chen Wei Theng is very knowledgeable and very attentive, would explain everything to me in detail as im always nervous visiting the dentist. But she made the experience much better and would say rather gentle that even my sensitive gums doesnt hurt ?? would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a kind and caring dentist ? Front desk Kelly and Jena is very helpfully and friendly too! Always welcome you with a smile eventho with their mask on you can feel their warmth through their eyes! Overall great experience and I'm really happy to have found this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

She explained before and during the process of my extraction, to ensure I’m not in pain etc.. also the young lady at the counter( don’t know her name) very friendly and attentive! I received a follow up call the next day from the clinic to check on me ?? to ensure I have my medication !! Well done Ashford dental ? keep up the good work ?
s	smolnicool on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my wisdom tooth extraction and it was a smooth process. Dr Cindy is very knowledgeable, kind and assuring. The place looks new and there is a TV on the ceiling. They are also always contactable and patient in answering my enquiries any time which puts you at ease. The medicines given are also effective as well. The staff explained post-op aftercare patiently. The prices are affordable too. Highly recommend to go to this dental clinic!

To my surprise, the clinic was very child friendly as there was a TV screen on top of the patient seat to distract kids, leaving them a good first time dental experience.

All the staffs are friendly and customer oriented. I was being served on time as the appointment. The doctor took time to explain the details and shared another perspective, different from the dentist I used to see about crown and root canal operation about a potential risk and what’s good for my case. I gave 5 stars for the above expectations, smooth experience from the booking till the payment, and the true evaluation from the review in Google.
