Must visit with kids! We were given a nice booklet at the entrance and went on a treasure hunt, which made the visit interesting for our 6 y.o. we especially loved how the jewelry is displayed on photos, helping figure out how it was worn. Will come back to re-do the Russel Wong exhibition. Would love to come back with a guide to learn more.

Newly renovated museum and certain gallery is free for local. Nice place with a lot of artifacts for kids to learn as well. One can see a lot of items salvaged from the ocean. The porcelain plates are nicely displayed to attract visitors. The building itself is a pre-war building and you can take nice pictures of the building.

Interesting place. Nice display of the items, especially the Tang items. Entertainment for the smallest children. Improvement needed concerning signs for direction to find your way around.

Excellent place to learn about different religion and cultures. The exhibits are free for all, except certain portions that are free for locals/prs only. I came to see the Russel Wong @ Kyoto exhibit that is available till apr-2022. Very interesting exhibit about the scenes of Kyoto and also the life of geikos in Kyoto and to learn how they live. Recommended if you have a few hours to just walk around, you will definitely learn something

Learning different culture and different religion. The display of each religion very well exhibited with explained writings. Free for sgrean/pr and $20 for adult ticket. But $20 is of such worth. Only worry is u might not have enough time to finish all exhibit. It close at 7pm sharp.

Definitely the best of the 4 main museums in Singapore. So many beautiful and ancient artifacts on display. Great for photo taking. Located near Raffles Place mrt station. Free for Singaporeans.

Easily one of my favourite museums in Singapore! The artefacts are amazing and really appreciate the director’s explanation through the QR code scanned at certain exhibits. If you go now, there is an exhibit on Batik - really beautiful batik on display and even an interactive exhibit to learn about how batik is made!

One of the best museums in the region with variety of collections of cultural objects and significance of history of Asian art and culture. A must see visiting the city. Perched on the bank of Singapore river, the location is close to Raffles Place and City Hall makes it easy to walk around for tourists.
