β β β β β went to this outlet after visiting the one at millenia walk and noticed the trays were lined with papers which i think is a good hygiene practice due to the current situation. the ladies at the counter were friendly and fast to serve.

β β β β β Bought 2 Croissant from Au Croissant Punggol Waterway Point on 11Dec2020 at 11.55am. I took 1 chocolate croissant, changed my mind, asked the girl if I can change to the double chocolate croissant instead. The girl gave me a disgusted look & kept making noise about it. If let me change, do it professionally. In the first place, I did not insist to change, I simply asked if I could do so. Turned off by the attitude of this Chinese petite size girl!!!!

β β β β β wholemeal crusta is way too salty, few months back it tasted ok. But then they started to change recipe and it became very salty...hope they can change it back.....

β β β β β The croissants and other pastries are pretty good (for the location and price). But staff handling tongs by the business end with their bare hands... (and then other items after that)? Not so good.

β β β β β The croissants (butter, almond, maple cheese) looked pleasing but unfortunately taste wasn't up to standard.
Croissants were cold, layers weren't obvious, and no flakiness apparent. The filling of one of the croissants was also not evenly distributed. Please save your money, for the price being charged, you can get better croissaints elsewhere.
Service also was not good. There were three staff and two of them seemed pleasant but the remaining guy was rather snarky and told me that the queue starts the opposite direction.... I was the only person in the queue LOL. Doesn't make sense to walk more steps to approach the cashier if there is no other customer. And while one of the staff was bagging my croissants, the unpleasant staff guy was berating one of the staff for something... it might very well be a simple issue but is not pleasant to witness as customer. Please be kinder to your fellow staff.

β β β β β Ordered 9 croissants and was served by a China national. She was extremely rude. While packing my croissants, she threw them into the box, and wasnβt wearing gloves while she was packing. Even a void deck bakery would have a better service. So disappointed. Will never return again.

β β β β β Bought the Strawberry Croissant & Pain au chocolat. Croissant was crisp on the outside but what was disappointing was that it lacked the flaky texture and there was barely butter taste. Strawberry cream reminded me of the ones in the snack βHello Pandaβ?. Overall quite disappointed.
