E	Emir Terzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff working there are very nice and polite. Gave the place a chance for a few time but never left with a great haircut. There seems to be a language barrier. Tried using a picture of my last haircut but got 70% of that level.
S	Stella T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had just normal colouring. Hair colour is ok. Not happy with the service. 1. Colouring didn’t even cover obvious strands of grey hair. 2. I reached there in the evening before appt time, yet it seems they wanna finish before closed time.. so everything was done fast, not much care and attention. If I just want only fast and efficient service, I’d go for neighbourhood salons with half price I paid for. Update : I reached out to customer support. Not helpful. The stylist didn’t make any suggestion for grey hair concerns for chosen colour at that time. Due to his negligence, I have paid higher amount (illumina) yet walking around with grey hair. The changing colour is to dark ash brown from dark toffee brown. It isn’t contrasting to the opposite colour even. The stylist name is Kohei.
L	LYE Jan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this salon a while back and was served by Ayano and Kohei previously. Was very pleased with Ayano’s service rendered. Made me feel very relaxed and the hair coloring was good. Attended by Kohei previously at another outlet but he was attending to another customer and myself at the same time. After washing my hair, I had to sit on the salon seat for about 10mins with wet hair wrapped in towel. Even Kazuki San (who was at this other outlet previously) had to apologize on his behalf and politely informed me that Kohei San will be with me shortly. The service rendered by the stylists varies. Do keep this in mind. All in all, I still enjoy the service at this salon if the stylist is chosen correctly. Thank You.

She’s experienced, and creative, as well as giving you the time frame and hair health related advice, and she doesn’t do hard sales:) Other than that, she’s super responsible with any customer. Highly recommend this place, also for the good hygiene, quiet environment, awesome experiences overall.

It's really hard to find a perfect place and perfect stylish in Singapore, but once I came to Aube, I never go other places. Benja is very good at her job, you don't need to explain much what you want because she's totally understand exactly what you want. ( and if what you want it's might not best for you, she also doesn't hesitate to tell you honestly with manner. In my opinion, this is the thing that people who create beauty should have do) definitely recommend the place !! ?

I did the research and apparently they are recommended for highlights and hair colouring. I send 4 different picture how I want my new hair colour and ended up going out from salon in tears. I paid for highlights and they died rest of my hair into some horrible dark Color that I didn’t want. Ended up not having any highlights in my hair and they charged fully for it. So angry, sad and disappointed that my hair is ruined!!!
