★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in JEM outlet are very slow in taking & serving orders to customers. There are 3 staff at the outlet but only 1 staff taking orders, packing the orders and taking payments.
The other 2 are making the dough, arranging the items in the display rack when there are still a lot of food in it instead of helping the staff at the counter to clear the Q's.
Waited 25 mins in a Q of 5 persons ahead of me...that's totally not efficient at all esp in the F&B industry serving FAST FOOD...
