No hard selling involved and it was a pleasant experience. She chatted with me and taught me the after care knowledge, time just passed so quickly through the process and I got a pair of beautiful eyelash extensions done! Highly satisfied!

My lashes are so messy and just rushed. Clearly some are so curled up it started touching my eyelid. I did mention but they told me because I have a second layer of lashes. I would not recommend. As comparison, I have went to lash chapter to fix this mess, attached is the fixed lash. Judge yourself. Do a lash lift at Milly's at your own risk

The Beauticians are very patient with your needs and will advise the type of lashes suitable for your face and eye shape. They are also generally quick and precise with their lash extensions. There are different price points for various types of lash categories, hence suitable for all types of customers. What I really like is their service recovery. After a lash treatment, you will be given a touch up card, in case anything happens to your lashes within that week. Make an appointment and voila, they will try touch up missing gaps, wonky lashes at no cost. Very reasonable. All in all an enjoyable and relaxing place to be at. It can get very busy during festive Seasons, so call to make a reservation.

I had a moment of panic when the glue was drying and it started hurting but the staff was so very nice about it and reassured me immediately. They made sure I was comfortable during the whole session. would honestly bring my friends along the next time!

My lash technician, Chloe, was very gentle with the application and kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Really like how my lashes turned out too!

The entire experience was pleasant and relaxing, and I was even briefed on aftercare by my beautician. No hard selling was involved and I left a happy customer. Will definitely visit again and recommend friends!
X	Xinyi L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before going to Milly's, i often hop around lash salon as I was unable to find one that is able to produce lasting effects for my lash extensions. I have been going to Milly's for more than a year now. My eyelash therapist, Jiani, is a rare find. She is extremely skillful and fast - I am usually out of the salon in 40 minutes. I have never once felt any discomfort when doing my eyelash extensions and the best thing is the lashes last for a good month for me. Jiani is also very gentle during removal and I am sticking to her for a long time! To be fair, i think the quality of their glue and eyelashes are good as well to be able to have such results. The only negative comment that I would have is their pillow is not as comfotable as other salons'. They might wish to consider changing to a more cushioned pillow since customers are in that position for about 30-45 minutes.

Not only are they more reasonable in pricing, there is a complimentary touchup in a week and no hard selling. Lashes looked great.
