Shanice was very helpful in assisting us to get settled after we got out of the quarantine. She checked in on us periodically to make sure we have everything we needed and made sure we felt like at home. The check out process was also very easy and seamless. Highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for either a corporate housing or a serviced apartment for a short term stay before finding a more permanent home like us!

My family and I found ourselves in a difficult situation needing support and Serviced mid-term accommodation in Singapore amidst the virus crisis. The whole team, especially Shanice, at Aurealis supported us from very first contact. They were understanding, flexible to our situation and caring. The apartment, building and location is superb and the weekly servicing always met perfection. Like being in a 5 star hotel. The view of the Marina Bay from our apartment is very nice and relaxing which is one of the reasons we chose it. Proximity to MRT stations and the malls and to the wide open spaces is another plus. The few complaints that i have is about the noise from the jackhammer coming from the adjacent construction site. Thankfully that phase is over. Another issue that can be annoying sometimes is the long queue at the elevator at certain times of the day. Overall, our exoerience in living here has been very good.

Isabelle and Cherry have been absolutely wonderful and have relentlessly gone over and above to make our time in Singapore (especially during these challenging COVID impacted conditions) as comfortable as possible. In terms of quality of service (including attention to detail, flexibility and speed of response), I can honestly say it has been faultless but above all, it has been a pleasure dealing with genuinely nice people who cannot do enough to enhance your stay with them. Needless to say, I would recommend Isabelle and the team at Aurealis without hesitation.

Great facilities and superb location with Marina Bay next door offering endless options of running routes, coffee shops, restaurants and whatever else one needs. The stay was a real pleasure thanks to the team at Aurealis. In particular, Isabelle, the Manager and Cherry, the cleaner, who were never more than a quick text message away. Everything was managed with a smile and immediate attention. This is an easy 5 star experience - and I didn't even count the fabulous view.

We were extremely satisfied with the clean and well-maintained apartment. In addition, all the staff, especially Ms Isabelle have been very friendly, helpful and resourceful. Last but not least, the service apartment is centrally located with well-connected mass rapid train lines and shopping malls. Overall, it has been a delightful experience for us.

Two MRT stations (Downtown and Raffles Place) are connected to the building via underground walkways and it is super convenient. Great restaurants within walking distance. Had a fantastic 3-month stay at Aurealis which manages multiple apartments in a residential building. It has the best of both worlds - my apartment feels like a real home instead of just a hotel-like service apartment, but it is equipped with all the amenities of a hotel including twice a week cleaning services. General Manager Isabelle and her staff (especially Cherry) have provided exceptional service. Highly recommended!
