Avoid this place ! The worst place and decision I ever made in my life. Doesn’t even deserve a star. Things you will endure if you Rent this place - unethical team (who wrote the fake good reviews) - lots of tenants in small house to maximise rental but compromise quality of living - yet the rent is above market rate - threaten you with eviction when you raised issues in why things are not done as agreed and need to abide by strict ridiculous rules not set out in contract but developed later - won’t notify you if these three men are coming to your house. No warning so it’s especially dangerous if you are female. You can also see they are only asking for single female in all their rooms now. Or only females. - Lack of regard to ura covid rules in terms of visitors and isolation - best of all, illegal eviction with no notice period! They should be jailed. - doesn’t return your deposit too - company more interested in petty politics between tenants than solving dirty washing machine lack of space etc - not safe as company disregard covid rules. If your housemate get covid and don’t isolate, it’s fine according to the company and he will tell you to live with covid - blatant disregard with covid visitors rule. Expect to be surprised with strange people coming in and out the house. Company doesn’t care about informing. Profit is the most important to them - things disappear if you put your things in common area - partition walls , fake rooms to maximise rental so it’s extremely noisy and not soundproof - ever since I posted this reveal exposing the truth of the company, there are fake good reviews popping up. - also they are not the landlords ( they pretend to be) and they are not licensed agents too. Which is against the rule Tenants come and go Within a mere span of 8 months , there’s total of 5 tenants. This is how bad this place is. Of cuz this company will keep praising how good the place is and lied to you that only one person stayed before you. Profiles of housemates are sketchy as they can’t get any tenants, even in current market. People in the house are rejects of other places : jobless people, Mature age 30-40 “students”, odd jobs etc If you desire to suffer, this is the place to be, but mark my words , this place will shut down soon Edit: the company which comprised of only three people threaten me to take down this review. Another low class behaviour - as expected. Edit 2: have lodged a counter claim against the company and dwarf continues to provide fabrications after intensely stalking my social media profiles daily- to the court no less. Simply naive Edit 3: first two fake reviews are written by company. The new fake reviews after I exposed the company are from existing tenants (asked by current company to write fake reviews so they could break this lousy lease) wanting to break their lease and pushing this lousy lease to prospective innocent tenants Edit 4: I won the claims at court and yet this unethical person refused to pay. Will hire someone to seize his property. Very unethical person

I have stayed there for a week and I absolutely loved it. The staff is super friendly and the service they provide is great. Great location, well maintained, friendly management team, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing service, management is super efficient in addressing any problems that we had. Extremely understanding and kind. Paired us well accordingly with the right flatmates that helped create a harmonious living environment. Special thanks to Weince and Frank for giving us a great place to stay! ☺️
