I was forced to take pedicure and eyebrow sbaping packages they always push you to buy the package instead of one off services and when i tried to exhaust the services as i wont not be coming to parlor anyloner..they tried to take away all the services and when i insisted they did a shabby job including burning of my friend upper lip during upper lip removal.

And also did manicure pedicure with Eilene. She is very tidy in doing her job.

I did a 3d eyebrows embroidery and a had very good experience with Sammi - she is detailed, experienced, friendly and most importantly, the process is painless throughout. Will look for her again when I want to touch up :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was great, but the haircut was done poorly. Was highly frustrated as the stylist did a haircut that was not compatible to my face shape and the overall hair was too short to be salvage. When voicing my frustration, hairstylist claim that it could be salvage but went home and tried, there is no way to solve the ugly and problematic haircut. Overall, do not give the stylist any styling freedom, just go for simple cuts to be safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for more than a year and great experience every session. All the staffs are amazing. Handsome Ryan Kong is really friendly, gentle and professional. He did my hair from haircut, colouring, treatment and even hair washed. A well talented guy that every saloon may wish for. The scalp treatments are really nice too. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a salon they can trust.
