★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow service. Many drinks were already at the counter but staff did not call out the numbers for a good 10mins. People started heading to the counter to collect their drinks instead because numbers were not getting called. Please improve the efficiency of ur staffs. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to kallang wave outlet about 6pm today 09/05 with friend to enjoy the drinks yet we're so disappointed by the 2 unfriendly staffs on shift which a lady and a gentleman who wearing ear rings.
They didn't welcome us when we're at infront of counter to place drinks order. We're pleased the service before and we like the drinks that's why we came back.
However, we'll think twice when we see this staff on duty.

I ordered the Fresh Milk with Brown Sugar Bubble, which was quite sweet but fresh, delicious and just what I was after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first try of this Taiwanese tea store which has been gaining traction in Singapore. Had the Dong Ding Oolong with Fresh Milk at 50% sugar level and not a fan of it. There was a lot of milk and not much tea fragrance. Wouldn’t pay $4.70 for this again. Limited seating capacity but located just right in front of the popular rock climbing spot.
