Chewy Pudding was not cold enough. Staff did explain that waffles would take awhile to serve. 1st waffle took at least 15 mins to arrive. 2nd waffle took another 15 mins to arrive. This is totally unacceptable when the place was barely busy. Perhaps staff could be more specific the timing for each waffle. So we could order something else. So basically, my son & i finished our pudding, then my husband's waffle arrived 15 mins later. After my husband finished his, then my older's waffle finally arrive after more than 15 mins.

absolutely atrocious all around. staff were rude and took a long time to even take our order in the first place, busy fulfilling grabfood orders instead. when we finally ordered, they said the chicken would take 5-10 minutes to arrive, ended up waiting over 20 minutes even though it was ready and sitting at the counter. manager then yelled at the girl working in front of me, very unprofessional. i implore you, don’t waste your money and time, KFC has better chicken and chicha san chen is in the same mall.

I wanted to buy signature bowl. The staff said no more red bean. In this case, I asked for an exchange to coconut noodle (which is same price as the red bean $0.80). The staff said it’s not allowed and asked me to buy customised bowl that is more expensive ??‍♀️. The staff said this is company’s policy. What a Tea Tree Cafe policy. If the shop runs out of any item, customer has to pay full price even for missing item?

Ordered a hot peanut cream dessert and it came cold (not even anywhere near warm). Save your stomach for desserts that are worth it (definitely not here).

Most terrible dessert that I ever had in Singapore. The taste of red bean paste is awful. The quality is much poor than standard hawker dessert store. There is metal flake in the dessert.

Taiwan style desserts! ? They have 2 bases, grass jelly and pudding, and both are silky smooth! Come with generous portions of toppings! Can customise and choose toppings but I decide to try their default menu instead. ??????? ???? comes with aromatic coconut noodle jelly and I love the coconut fragrance. There are also red beans and cute mini QQ taro balls and sweet potato balls. ????????? ???? comes with pearls, red beans, and huge chunky pieces of fresh taro and sweet potato. There are also regular-sized QQ taro balls and sweet potato balls which I prefer over the mini ones for the chewier texture. Fans of old school desserts can try their ??????????? ??? ????????. I enjoy the Sesame Cream Tang Yuan. Do indicate your preference for black sesame, peanut or mixed tang yuan! I like variety and ask for mixed hehe. Their ?????? ???? are also satisfying! Mango Peach Green Tea has a prominent refreshing mango flavour, while White Peach Oolong Milk Tea is pretty fragrant and I like the peach flavour. My new found favourite for dessert bowl and BBT @teatreecafesingapore There is a wide range of teas to choose from classic teas, fresh milk, fruity teas etc. In addition, there is also wide range of hot traditional desserts such as sweet potato soup, black glutinous rice, almond paste etc and cold dessert bowl such as their signature bowl or you can even customise own bowl. What attracted me is that they are priced very affordably. What I tried, Signature Bowl that come with choice of base in Grass Jelly or Pudding, Black Pearls, Red Bean, QQ Taro Ball, QQ Sweet Potato Ball, Fresh Taro, Fresh Sweet Potato & Creamer. I opt for grass jelly base and was impressed by the final product as the potion was so generous and look exactly as what it's show on menu. The grass jelly texture is very QQ and very refreshing that at same time provide a lightly flavoured base for the toppings and ingredients all very fresh. I also enjoyed is sweet but not overly sweet. Chewy Bowl that come with choice of Grass Jelly or Pudding, Black Pearls, QQ Taro Ball, QQ Sweet Potato Ball & Creamer. I also opt for grass jelly here and I must say, they ain't kidding when they named chewy. Is such a chewy bowl of goodness. I'm in heaven. This regular bowl was big enough to be shared by two people. Peanut Cream Tang Yuan. The peanut paste is thicc and very smooth with a nutty sweet note. The tang yuan has a consistent soft sticky chew texture and when bitten, the peanut filling fills the mouth immediately. Peppermint Milk Tea. I was skeptical at first but was proven wrong upon my first sip? Very refreshing to beat the hot weather. And the white pearl elevate the drink. Avocado Gula Melaka. Legitimately very impressed with this. The drink was thicc. On the first slurp of that avocado goodness, I tasted the goodness of avocado with very strong smokey caramel fragrance and sweetness coming from gula melaka. The gula melaka was very strong providing a sweet aftertaste. Definitely going be my frequent patronise place❤ Ig: @zoey_belle_
