Great sichuan cuisine. Food is delectable and flavourful. Restaurant is spacious and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Do make a reservation in advance to secure the indoor seatings

Tried it first time. Very satisfying meal. Ordered 酸菜鱼,辣子鸡,spicy beef and tripe, 锅贴. Taste as authentic as in China. Service was quick. Will return to try the other dishes.

Through a combination of google reviews and good luck, we wandered into one of the better Sichuan food restaurants in Singapore. Ops ok, the staff don’t speak English, they are friendly enough for all that. We managed our order through a combination of sign language and sheer telepathy. The restaurant is unpretentious and tucked into a corner in Bedok. There is enough parking in the nearby mall. The menu itself is extensive and I saw many dishes there that were familiar based on my experiences while traveling in China. We stayed with the safe for our first time. We started with a basket of Sichuan Fried Chicken and it was as good as any I have had. The balance between the Sichuan peppers and red chillies flavor was piquant and flavorful. I love what they do with black fungus in Sichuan cuisine and the Cucumber and black fungus cold vegetable dish, well salad was perfect. Tart and the spices stayed on the palate after the chew. The shredded Pork with Garlic and the spare ribs with onion were excellent. My family loves Kung Pao chicken and over time we have tried this dish in many many restaurants. Ba Shus Sichuan take on this dish is very very good. It retained the character of King Palo chicken with a infusion of Sichuan peppers and a slightly higher chilly content. Absolutely loved The last two dishes we tried were the Yang Chow Fried rice and the pork dumplings. The Yang chow fried rice is easy to prepare and generally come out well. We were suitably impressed with the delicious savoriness here at Ba shu. The only dish that was below par was the dumpling, which had too much of scallion in it. At the end of the very satisfying meal, groaning with the weight of food in us, carrying 3 boxes of takeaway, which the resto asked us to pack ourselves, we walked out of restaurant determined that we will be back again to this delightful find. The best of all this is the pricing, which is quite reasonable and affordable.

Amazing place with great authentic food. Second time here, try their green pepper fish and spicy fried chicken the 1st time. Came back again to try other amazing authentic dishes. Didn't manage to take pic as I was indulging myself in their signature pickled vegetable fish and 辣子鸡. Portion was generous and it's WELLY NUMB! Went back the third round to snap some pics and eat their pickled vegetable fish again. The fish doesn't taste as good as the lastt time, likely less numb and sour. The garlic pork slice is great though. Would still come back to try different dishes.

Staffs working here were very patient and friendly to us even though we didn't understand any Chinese. Food came out very fast and all dishes had the perfect spiciness which we were still able to enjoy the taste of the ingredients as well. The fish fillet and green pepper soup was massive even though we ordered small (so value formoney), and the fish fillet was very soft! Overall very satisfied with our experience :)

Good service. Their signature sour vegetable fish slices is fabulous although be warned it's deceptively spicy. We ordered a small for 3 people and it was plenty Might be quite daunting for people not used to spices. The lamb ribs with Sichuan cumin rub is fragrant and flavorful.

We love 川菜, we've tried all types across the island and settled with one particular stall at People's Park for the best flavor (and inexpensive too).. but they closed. I think this is the next best thing, a notch higher than People's Park price but still very reasonable. Ingredients are of better quality for sure and also a tad less oily by comparison. Because it was our 1st try out.. we only ordered 青椒鱼,辣子鸡,菜花,扬州炒饭.. they were all very good - and the last 3 definitely to be ordered again for the next visit (note for myself).

Great tasting and authentic dishes here. We ordered the 辣子鸡,菜花干锅,招牌酱豆腐,酸菜鱼。 Strongly recommend these 4 dishes as we finished it all. The 辣子鸡 was fragrant and juicy, first time we had such a juicy one, compared to most prepared elsewhere. The 酸菜鱼 was also very savoury and generous in portion, but may be a little fishy for some people.
