★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $6 for 麻辣烫 with extra noodles, $5 for a regular portion. This dish from Sichuan Chef is very flavourful, packed with a many ingredients. The noodle (la mian) was cooked well. It was enjoyable but got quite salty and jelak towards the end. Worth a try!
Overall ambience is just ok. Can be quite cramped during peak periods, less so now due to COVID-19. That said, seating may be insufficient when it is crowded. Not particularly clean but just passable.
Service was absent, but nothing negative experienced either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just tried their Bian Bun, very shock the size is so big, priced only $ 1.50. Inside have minced meat with some little amount vegetables. Taste okay, but very filling. Good for quick n easy meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The type of store you would want to visit on a cold rainy day. Happened to be craving knife cut noodles and saw this store. Left satisfied- quite a decent portion and the soup broth was really rich and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect great service but expect good food. Prices aren't sky-high but not exactly cheap either. I like it because they seem more or less consistent with their food, though a tad on the salty side, which I usually do not mind. Food tastes best when you eat it right there after they prepare it.
Their 凉菜 can be quite pricey compared to a stall less than 5 mins away (山东打包) but the quality seems more consistent, and also tastes different from the other stall. They also definitely have a greater variety of noodles and mains, while the other stall focuses on snacks and takeaway items.

Food is affordable and conveniently located at the MRT station. Limited seats at the stall, but most would take away anyway.
Portions are huge, they have a huge variety of dishes to choose from and the taste is really authentic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ conveniently located just outside tampines mrt station!! decent suan la fen, you can choose the noodles you want. their suan la tu dou si (spicy and sour potato slices) tastes just like normal potato slices, missing the spicy and sour, not worth the money
