I only wish to drop a carry on for about 7h transit to visit the town. However, no laptop will be accepted. I ended up pulling my case around the whole time. They used to check all luggage and alright with laptopn as part of carry on. What happened????

Thank you to Cecilia Lai and Josephe Lee at the Terminal2 branch. During our recent visit to your great city both were exceptionally helpful and curteous, when we dropped our bags off for storage. We also appreciated their willingness to assist with helpful information and directions. Later when we collected our baggage my wife forgot her handbag at the counter. Cecilia made sure that she found us and handed the bag over personally. Again, great service and willingness to go the extra mile ... what a great advertisement for your company.

This place and its staff is a joke who are practising extortion!! We left our bigger luggage bags here on a thursday 2pm to go on a short weekend trip with only handluggage and made sure that it was ok with the prices we paid to pick them up by 9pm on sunday, the staff here charged us for 24 hours every day including sunday, which is totally fine and follows the pricing list they have. BUT when we happily arrived to pick up the bags at around 8pm on sunday, they told us that we have to pay ANOTHER 35$ extra because according to them we should have picked up the bags at 6pm all of a sudden?! We paid for a full 24h sunday. This is a joke. Scam. Not that 35 dollars is the end of the world but its a nail in the eye when you first pay them big money for a couple of days storage in the first place and have made sure with the staff about the pickup time. All they did was giggle at our faces and treated us like air when we tried to find out what the h*** was going on. Well the story ended ofcourse with us paying that extra money otherwise they wouldn't give us our bags. There was absolutely nothing we could do. Used to be a great help in exploring Singapore while on short stay. The main issue now is they stopped taking laptops. I don’t want to risk putting my laptop in checked-in luggage so I’ve stopped using the service and lug my laptop around albeit a pain. Singapore usually offers great services. Hopefully they’ll come up with a solution.

Slow service and unfriendly staff when I visited... But if you have so much luggage and need someone to keep them, this is the only place in T2 unfortunately?(I saw the same storage service in Jewel, and there wasn't a queue, so might be better to try it if you are going to Jewel.) It is also expensive, 24 hours price only, so it would be nice to think twice about other options like early check-in before using here. If no other options, they can store your luggage securely, but expect a little longer time.

I think 15 dollars to store a large heavy suitcase for 24 hours is good. I found the service to be very helpful, friendly and fast. I noticed they have a service procedure in place, so perhaps this has led to an improvement in service since the other reviews were left? Open 24 hours also which is really convenient.

I want to say many thanks to the staff (Hello Zin and Cindy from Ukraine) for the service. First we left our bags before going to the city. When we returned, we repacked for a long time, we were allowed to weigh our bags several times, then they were very carefully packed, making a discount. The attitude of the staff is very friendly! We were very satisfied. Highly recommend!
