★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop impossible to find (no unit number on google!!). Calling them and they hanged up on my face (twice). Trying to find their shop in the building (6 stories!!) ans after seeing 3 people with NO MASKS hanging around in the corridord I decided to leave. Absolute waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building a frame requires know how and how every small factor impacts the outcome significantly. The kit itself was great, but experience could do with, better manuals, clearer communication from the seller and guidance. I wanted a geared road bike frame, but ended up getting single speed dropouts for example. It is a learning curve, but many mistakes couldve been avoided simply by direct and clear communication. Perhaps a workshop would be a better investment than a kit but geographical restrictions don't allow that. The seller is responsive and tries to resolve any issues you may face but as they say prevention is better than cure.
