โ โ โ โ โ Rather popular TCM (traditional chinese medicine) hall for helping you newlyweds or couples that have been trying for you-know-what. Word-of-mouth mainly but no harm in trying. 3 stars for now, 5 when I hit jackpot, ha!
Logistic wise, START queueing EARLY, this is no joke, enough seats for around 10-12 couples and each will take 20-40 mins. Advice is to devote a saturday or sunday half day for this.
Doc is multi-lingual, western-educated prior to become a TCM doc and I have seen Malays and other races/nationalities coming for help.

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly physician and quite accurate in terms of his diagnosis. Gives good recommendations and advises you not to take med if you rlly don't need. However, as he's a retiree, he closes the shop as and went he feels like going on vaction. So be prepared if you made your way down to realise that it's close
Also, set aside a few hours for your visit because it takes pretty long to queue. It took me ard 2hours to queue for my turn when I reached at 10.30am.

Itโs easily few hours, mostly because the sinseh talks to regular customers about anything under the sun. 20 mins easily on his travels, family, recent happenings, etc (non related to med conditions). I respect him for the good reviews about his med expertise. But he must have respect for customersโ time too.
Long time customers sometimes jump queue too. Causing an even longer wait.
With two customers before us when we arrived, weโre finally done after 1.5 hours. Quite painful.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible, bad attitude guy. I walked and waited in line patiently. He was most likely attending to regular customers and hence the patienfp spent more than 20min to half hour.. subsequently 2 other patients came and went fast and upset him for reasons I'm not sure of. But when it got to my turn, I was so horrified that he vented his unhappiness at me. Said he don't see new patients, and told me to leave there's nothing he could do. For goodness sake, my consultation had not even started! No respect for people's time at all.
Waited hour plus just to be scolded and dismissed without any consultation.

โ โ โ โ โ Came all the way here to see the doctor but was accused by the reception that I have never seen the doctor before. Was asked to provide a number, if no number, cannot see the doctor. I finally managed to get the number after asking my family to scramble to find the card at home but after that was told the doctor they donโt see patients with menstrual issues anymore, only for pregnancy. All in all, please donโt waste your time coming to this TCM. Their attitude is super bad too.
