★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My shoulder was injured at 12pm from my kettlebell sport training, went for a physiotherapy session with Joan at 3pm, and by 4pm all was fixed and I was back to training. Joan has such amazing knowledge of human movement, and she will nurse you back to your best performance in no time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Derence is amazing ! He knows exactly where i am painful, also he recommended me how to run and walk(i had a knee injury from training) Actually it works. He’s the best! I’m for sure i recommend this place and him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Derence worked his magic on my back, which had been stiff for days, and I felt a significant improvement after just the first session. He hit all the right spots to ease the pressure and even gave stretching tips and maintenance advice to prevent further injuries. 10/10 would recommend!

Derence and Donald were the 2 physios I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, and apart from being skilled in providing relief through sports massage and adjustments, they were extremely patient in trying to understand what my areas of complaints were.
These guys are genuinely interested in trying to uncover the root of the problem, suggest the appropriate treatment and self care that one could rely on at home, instead of quickly suggesting repeat visits.
If you have had a nagging pain problem or want to better understand what causes it, I’d suggest giving them a visit.
