★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salad is fresh and flavourful with the right mix of crunch and ingredients. You can choose between a western or eastern concept. I like it when the vegetable is very fresh and you can see it from the shelf next to the salad bar. The teriyaki chicken was very tasty, juicy and not heavy, ideal for lunch or dinner. Try their homemade style dessert of chai seeds with nuts too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time at Open&Eat Salad Bar. I tried eastern salad version; (standard with olive rice, konnyaku) with protein. Box of salad was pleasing to the eyes with potpourri of colors. It was tasty, crunchy greens and no dressings needed. Certainly value for money for veg set at $6.80 and add chicken at $8.80. Will return for more !

Added 2.8 for the western dessert, super healthy indulgence with chia seeds and sago in coconut milk, with a decent amount of walnuts, cranberries and raisins. And puffed rice!!!
Bring own containers for 5% discount~
Lady was nice, I asked if the set upgrade to incl 2 drink/dessert could mean buying two desserts, she didn't try to hard sell me into buying a drink I didn't super want.
First time trying, will return for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem tucked away near the Seafood section of Hao mart in Westgate. The salad leaves have got to be one of the freshest I've had in Singapore! Portions are generous, and the staff was patient in explaining the selections as well. Price is reasonable. More people need to come and have this!
