Horrible service. Called to make a reservation at 7pm and turned out it was double booked. What’s worse was the male receptionist had the audacity to say I made a mistake and it’a my fault and to go home. After putting out the series of events and facts and conversations with other customers in the front he apologised and said he made a mistake. Horrible front service.

Very friendly staff and Kang ShiFu was very professional. My shoulder and neck feel relieve after the tui na but when pressed on it there some bruise feeling.Kang ShinFu notice my hand bone was not right and help me with bone setting, wasn’t painful at all and he said look both hand now look the same. My main issue was lower back pain which I would said one session won’t solve it and I will be going for more and will review it later. But after one session even through I still can’t stand straight after sitting down for long but I could stand slightly better, even I was still in pain but I could even lift my leg high up now. I would said it was still improving. So anyone who like me love to read on review before trying out, do able to bear with pain. It will relieve pain but bruise feeling will appear in the next few days and this is normal, if lower back pain like me don’t expected for immediately solved as this normally really need few session to solved it.

An excellent experience in Bao Zhi Tang! I have suffered from long-term neck and shoulder painess and tension, after an occasional try-out here, I have been massaged here since 2020. The price is reasonable and the masseuse is professional, also nice to talk with them! Will continue to go for as long as I am in Singapore.

Very professional massage. It relieved my waist twisting pain due to swimming last Sunday, I was barely able to walk and turn my body, until I met this place. The people here are very nice to me and are gentle when I required them to. I would like to come back again if my muscles hurt or if I want to relax my body.
