★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop with very bad customer service. After I just make payment for a sales item candle in store then I saw another candle that is better and approached the counter for an exchange but was told it’s not allowed to change. I understood that this is a sales item that not allowed to make exchange but i haven’t walk out from the shop and the item I want to exchange is under same category with the item I just make payment. The sales personnel even said this is not their fault but is my fault to make wrong decisions. Customer no right to change product on the spot? I don’t bring home the product but just asked for change on the spot is my fault. I think my fault is to spend money on their product.
