WOK HEY Causeway Point, Woodlands

Very disappointing and lousy service. Sent my orders thru grab for self pickup at 1230pm. Grab app state it will be ready in 45mins. Arrived 1315pm as stated by app READY FOR COLLECTION. I was served in a manner that the staffs are right and I am wrong to come to collect at the stated timing. The Myanmar lady just said not ready yet and walked away. So I went to Cold Storage and came back at 1330pm to ask again. She then asked the Chinese man who was cooking to explain that that is not the time given. I told them I do not have the queue number and how should I know it is ready when the app said it was READY. The cook then raised voice and insisted to come back later. Was there and waited. Saw he accidentally cracked 2 eggs on his laddie. My kid has EGG ALLERGY so that was why I ordered HE option that was eggless! I then told him to was his laddie as small amount of eggs will cause REACTION. He did not even apologise and said angrily "CAN YOU SEE I AM WASHING???" I want the Headquarters to take note of this. This is a very serious matter. Your cooks are all cooking in a mess and they could not cope with the orders. It was all haywire with how orders are handled! Who is your operation manager? Pls come down to take a look at the stall during peak hours.

Ordered through foodpanda and was not able to request for extra chilli. Contacted Wokhey customer service through Google and they assisted me to inform their staff team to add more chilli for my foodpanda order. Prompt replies and very helpful. Thank you:)

Purchase from cwp wok hey several times, but there's one time we added the chinese sausage but when we reach home, one of our orders has no added the chinese sausage.We contacted the wok hey feed back team, and they got back really quickly and provide us with a voucher for next purchase. Thank you for the prompt reply. Appreciate it.

Accidentally ordered the wrong Wok Hey outlet for the family's Christmas lunch but Causeway Point staff was super prompt, helpful and understanding in cancelling and arranging for the refund. I appreciate Jamie and team's assistance much without making things difficult and basically just keeping this hassle free. Will definitely continue supporting Wok Hey because of such good experience (not that I wish to order wrong outlet next time) ??

I ordered egg fried rice and he asked if I wanted chilli,I said yes and he didn’t add chilli into my egg fried rice,making it taste so plain like almost no taste

The fried rice with additional Brussels sprout added the crunchy texture. Is delicious ? Recently WokHey implemented new online ordering portal. Allow customer to order in advance to pick up. However, the portal do not update customer when the food is ready for pick up. It always shown status "in progress....". So, I suggest customer to check with counter after 20 minutes of ordering.

Really bad customer service, no one there to process pick up and delivery. The guy in black, supposedly manager I guess is not interested in answering customers’ queries. If you all are swamped with order, consider turning off your delivery service. Food was just average, ure better off ordering fried rice from the food republic above. Please take your money elsewhere and support local hawkers instead. Look at my order with request of “more chilli”.

Ordered via their website for self pick-up and they gave one free topping. Omg this is a great way to skip the long queue and enjoy their food. Totally love to add tobiko in my fried rice, it gives a crunch & savory taste, so yummy!
