I just don't understand why whenever I walk into the empty store, I suddenly have to keep from bumping into the "all of a sudden crowd". I'm the kind who likes to browse slowly and read the ingredients. I ended up buying lesser than I intended. Hahahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely expensive goods but not good shopping experience. Shop is too small for number of standing racks. Staff are overwhelmed. Only shop where you cannot see the price of the items you are buying. A lady had bought a lot of products and reasonably asked if she could have smaller bags.. was told only a certain amount of bags was allowed. But she just wanted smaller bags instead of 1 big bag. Maybe B&B should just give cheap paper bags out to those who want them. you know, customer service..

The products can be pricey but I don't mind coming back as their perfume, candles and lotion smells great however, my shopping experience were not that great. Staffs were a bit unwilling to help and lackadaisical attitude. Maybe they are tired or having a bad day.
