Except times like that it's kind of stupid that consumers unable to smell the scent it's difficult to choose. Sampling of cosmetic is a No No can fully understand. But this is fragrant. Have to smell thru the masks?ΒΏ

β β β β β Went there during second day CNY. A bit crowded maybe because its public holiday. We saw only 3 staffs working. One of the staff (long hair lady) only attending to 1 customer even when we have eye contact yet she not making the effort to ask us in case we need any help. Until we approached the short hair with spectacles lady, since then we have been enjoying our time there. Shes being helpful, explaining the scent, prmoting their new product, even when we keep asking for tester she also happily assist us. Thumbs up to the lady who has been assisting us the whole time.

Wanted to get wallplug refills only but ended up with the mists & lotions as well.
Really don't understand some ppl with the bad reviews. ??ββοΈ??ββοΈ??ββοΈ
Don't u understand that it's during COVID now? If u all wanna smell then wait till after covid then buy otherwise juz shut the 'F' up and try ur luck. Or u can check reviews online for the fragrances before u purchase.

β β β β β Excellent Service.. really impressed by their service. I just told the staff, i wanna get a gift for my mum birthday . And i told the staff i have budget. And ask the staff to personally choose for me. And she even give me their best recommendation. And the staff on cashier was also excellent. I cant remember the staff name. But staff working on (2 july 2021) IMM .the best!!
