Lian hui is the terrific sales and after sales person, he not only advise me to buy the correct wc, and when my contractor have issues installing, he make the extra trip to dropby my house to rectify the issues. He shown extreme professionalism and his experience in toilet bowl is really good. Would recomend anyone who need to buy toilet bowl to look for lian hui. ???? Thanks lian hui. He is one sales person that totally know his product well. His knowledge in toilet bowl surpassed even my plumber.

Our experience with Bathroom warehouse had been really great, Anson was extremely knowledgeable and able to provide good reccomendations after understanding our requirements. He was also very helpful when we had a few follow up questions on the product measurements from our ID. Overall reasonably price items and great experience from the staff.

They have experienced staff and a wide variety of options for toilet fitting etc.

Been visiting this place for my bathrooms renovation in Jan2021. Staff are always patience even I didn't buy anything. 2nd visit, I bought a stainless steel rack on sales for S$80. Really value for money. Staff even bother to thank me twice. As such, I went down again another day to get a sink and a few more toilet racks, towel racks and hooks. May2021, My Kitchen Gessi mixer leaks. I approached the shop (I.M.) where I bought from, they didn't think it is their problem anymore. Hence, I contacted Gessi, but they charge S120.00 to rectify it. After 2 weeks, nothing was done, I decided to remove Gessi tap to prevent any future problems. No point paying S$120 and never knew what issue will arise again. Anyway, the tap pull out nozzle always jam. As such, I visited Bathroom Warehouse and the staff as usual, are very helpful. I wanted a Grohe mixer but there's no stock. The staff, Michelle made effort to look for similar design of same value and managed to find something nicer among their reserved stock. She reconfirmed that customer doesn't want it anymore before releasing it to me. She also helped me to find another tap to suit my water filter, giving advices at the same time. She tried to advise me on how to fix my existing leaking Gessi tap instead of making us getting a new one from her. But we insisted we no longer want to deal with any such "classy" Gessi tap anymore. She even gave us a list of plumbers and contacts if we need any installation help. Will definitely visit them again for our plumbing needs.

We dealt with Michelle who was super knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Also not pushy and we found her recommendations to be very sensible. Our timeline was very short but her speedy turnaround ensured there were no hiccups in our renovation journey.

The branch has a good amount of variety when it comes to selection. But what impressed me the most was the sales associate, Wally. His knowledge and insight to each product made things a lot easier to decide on.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Michelle, who is easily the most knowledgeable sales person I met. She know the pros and cons of every product and is super patient in answering all my questions (even though she must have answered the same questions at least 10,000 times). When we were at the store, she gave us space to browse and was always there with a smile to help if we have YET another question. She is very responsive and even replied my messages when she was not in SG. Not sure how she pulled it off but she managed to get photos of items in the store and sent them to me even though she was not physically in SG. Amazing! She is never pushy, highly professional and super patient. Thanks Michelle for making my process a breeze! Appreciate your patience and assistance!!

Just had a great experience shopping at Bathroom Warehouse. Impressed by the knowledgeable and non-pushy sales agent - Anson. He recommended me a few items and was able to give me the pros and cons of them. There was no hard selling and he was attentive throughout the session. There is a wide variety of merchandise there and the prices are reasonable.
