★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is busy on Saturdays and it can be extremely hard to catch a sales staff, but we are SO thankful we were assisted by Shirley. She has been nothing short of helpful, made great recommendations, and has gone the extra mile to help us with the after service sales, coordinate our purchases, and when we needed to do an exchange because our purchased sink didn't fit. Huge thanks for the gold standard service, Shirley!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toto makes the best bathroom fittings and WC. But that means nothing without an awesome salesperson to guide, explain and advise us.
Thankfully, Toto and W.Atelier has exactly that in Min Cheong.
Min Cheong is a superstar. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find the right sinks, taps and WCs for our new place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy showroom. Easy parking and to self browse without pushy sales person. Dealer of toto sanitary wares. Do look for Min Cheong (sales person) for his attention to details, vast amount of knowledge and his brilliant suggestion to avoid common mistake made by first time home owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went down to the showroom today with the intention of getting all the TOTO products (toilet bowls, basins, faucets, shower columns, accessories etc) for our new house.
It is strange that on a Saturday, only 2 staff were in the showroom - one female staff was attending to customer and the other male one was sitting behind the counter working on the computer or something and the showroom was quite packed.
When we tried to ask the male staff about some shower mixers, he just pointed at the displays and said they are all there. So ‘helpful’ of him! We just get the impression that we were disturbing whatever he was doing behind the counter.
In the end, we just went next door to Bathworld and bought all our items there, even though a few of the items were more expensive than TOTO’s. We felt so welcomed the moment we stepped into the shop and the staff were all so friendly and helpful.

Very impressed with his patience in handling our issues as we encounter some problem with our specs and going the extra mile to help us resolved. Kudos to him! Highly recommend to look for Bryan if you're planning to purchase items from TOTO.
