Manicurist Ai Ting is always friendly , meticulous and making sure the experience was relaxing and my feet looking beautiful and fair after the treatment ! Love their caring service .. especially when I rush there without taking my meal before treatment ,she always care and offer me some hot drink with biscuit ! Manager at the Suntec Branch is also friendly n helpful , welcoming everytime when I visit! Lovely place n great service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into Beauté Nails, as it seems to be a good nail palour due to the splendid layout and design of the outlet, in addition to a lack of Google review to warn potential customers about the non-existent professionalism which one would otherwise had expected from a renowned company.
However, it was with much disappointment that instead of carrying out the requested procedure which was intended for the nail, the manicurist failed to even get a simple request done right or accordingly even though the service had been made known to her clearly; too late for regrets and a complete waste of time over here.
It could have been the worst manicure experience if not for the relatively better customer service from the reception counter. Nonetheless, it will sadly be my first and last time of patronage over here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT COME HERE. Specifically asked if this place had experience with acrylic nails. Sorely disappointed.
Charged me 170 SGD to repair 5 nails and gel polish. Shape was horrendous, no idea how to buff or finish a nail, hygiene was pathetic and couldn’t even apply the gel polish correctly with color spilling over cuticles.
When highlighted all the issues to the manager showing her how well my nails were done previously, she still made me pay the full amount and just stared at me blankly with 0 regard for customer service or any work ethic.
If I didn’t have a meeting tomorrow morning for which there needed to be at least some semblance of nails - I would have walked out.
