★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the first time as a customer with Jean Yip for 11years, I am appalled by the service rendered by your guys at Raffles City branch. Little wonder I was the only other customer on a Sunday afternoon. My $45 charge for wash and blow now feels so undeserving. It will be my first and last time there.
Please improve your attitudes. Your are ruining the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff seem to have attitude problem and did not do a thorough job. Hair was still damp and not dried properly. Service and skill was bad, not worth for the price, even the cheaper heartland hdb salon has better quality and service. (Raffles city)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and last time too. Standard of service is low, the hairdresser have a very unpleasant and strong cigarette smell while servicing my hair, and the skills of hairdressing is disappointing too.
Most importantly the short hair lady have very bad attitude problem towards people.
Jean yip management should really look into their staff attitude problem as it only lowers their standards.
Not planning to ever visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was terrible. Lady did a terrible job on my nails. She barely covered my whole nail and didn't even buff it or file it. After painting my nails she went back to do her own nails WITH A LOT MORE EFFORT AND WAS SO METICULOUS. All in all a terrible experience never coming to this branch again ( the lady was middle aged )

I did an “express gelish manicure” and agreed to pay $20 for removal of my old gel manicure…only for the staff to spend 1hour plus filing my nails to death, and to top it off she demanded I pay $40 in the end because it was “hard gel” and she “took so long to remove it”. Never to trust the “Jean Yip” brand again - the outlet’s void of a crowd for a good reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for highlights and color. The staff were welcoming but my specific hair dresser gave me nightmare. I asked to have the highlights match up with my old highlighted colour. But at the end it came out orangish. I wasn’t happy at all. I wouldn’t recommend the outlet because you don’t know if you would end up like me ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! I am from Los Angeles, I have been to many famous salon’s and hairdressers and I am never able to get my hair right. My first time here, and I am absolutely amazed at how perfectly Jorene Lim did my haircut! I highly recommend her services. If I could, I would fly out to Singapore every time I need a haircut just to get it cut by her! Excellent service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a cut, scalp protection and natural colouring done at a promotion price of $78 but the service was impeccable. I did hope for a lighter shade but the promotion didn't allow and I was slightly disappointed ☹️. However my stylist Jolene Lim & her assistant stylist provided very good service throughout, giving me a good hairstyle, not complaining about my tangles and made my experience very pleasant such that I'm not so disappointed with the choice of colour. Would recommend them as stylists if you visit !!:)
