Previously called Pixie Nail Spa and once reputation is down change name and start again. Real crooks!!! All of my nails destroyed! Don't be conned by these scammers!
K	K Dowling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very pushy in up selling, my “40 minute pedicure” took 10 minutes. Was belittled for suggesting I don’t need shellac on my toes and told not to come back if the smudge. Don’t waste your time. There are plenty of better places in walking distance

Today I came to have my eyebrows shaped. I was doing a beauty treatment in another salon, then decided that I could get my eyebrows trimmed in this nail shop before going home as I passed it by. Big mistake. The staff was nice, but my eyebrows are bad now! It's so uneven, I regret getting it done there. I didn't say anything when it's finished because I was rushing to go home so I didn't check properly. Plus, she didn't clean my eyebrows first, so the result wasn't obvious- until I washed my face tonight! All for $18 somemore. Stay away from this place ladies

I'm a member of their spa and have been visiting for more than a year. I was totally disappointed with the service I was rendered. Visited them on 9th Nov at 6ish in the evening. First, we couldn’t find it and spent 10 minutes walking around before finding it. Once we got here the staff were friendly and accommodating. I got a manicure and my friend got a gel manicure and a pedicure. But the whole time they kept trying to sell us products that we didn’t want. The end result ended up nice but I don’t think it was worth the expensive price. The facilities were nice and looked clean. I would recommend but only for those with a big budget.

The products they use are of quality and workmanship is good when you get the right technician. Highly recommend to get a package rather than a la card as it is much more affordable that way. Many of the technicians at quiche nail spa shops around the island are Vietnamese who have married Singaporeans so are able to communicate in multiple languages. They are highly trained, skilled and always friendly!

It's the business practice that makes me feel really frustrated. Every time I highlighted my nails becoming yellow and turned brittle they insisted it's because I have weak nails and proceed selling me products and extra services. So I signed on believing that. Only after I switched to another salon, I found nothing wrong with my nails. Every single time I went, they will continue to try to push me to sign something else too. Worst, my service package wasn't finished they will go on pushing me to sign more more packages.
