I seldom do my nails, but decided to get a bit of pampering while on leave. Was attended to by Candy (sometimes she goes to the Tiong Bahru branch). I enjoyed the service and the chat with her ??

Extremely rude staff. They did not communicate their fave voucher rules while booking the appointment deapite me asking them. Then on reaching just spoke so disinterestedly and rudely. Doesn't look like they want, need or care for business these times! Horrible, i did not even bother to take their service.

Booked an appt on 6 Feb. Once I was there, the staffs quickly briefed me on the price of the services. Did a classic gel pedi for $108 plus $20 gel removal and $36 gel extension for 2 toes. My bf did his pedicure for $65. Note that they will charge 7% GST. Pros: Staffs are pretty friendly, gave me 2 colors for no extra charge ?. New outlet, atmosphere is quite relaxing, altho a bit small. I love my nails extension done by Lily, she was very patient ?? Cons: - Overall, I feel my bf's pedicure was pretty rushed through, for the price that we paid.The prices were different from what they listed on their website too. Midway, my bf's nail tech started telling him that his toe is infected with fungus and needed fungal treatment, but I see nothing wrong with his toe ?. I had a minor cut on my sole and she suggested I get their paraffin treatment bla bla. Just quite a number of hidden charges. Staffs somehow kind of know that we didnt want any add-ons so they werent so pushy compared to other nail parlours, thank god. -They dont hv a lot of gel colors, wanted to do 2 colors same tone different shade but couldnt. - Color application is a bit uneven and cuticle trimming is not so well done.
