Extremely rude and unprofessional lady boss. Slow replying speed and prone to forgetting appointments. Caused me alot of inconvenience

Fantastic find from Fave sg. This is the first beauty centre where I've had to actually ASK about their package (0 hard selling or pushing) and bought it without any sales talk from them, their treatment speaks for itself! Their prices are super reasonable and the customer service is excellent. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I have been visiting this place since 2017. Good place and quiet ambience. The owner is friendly and always honest about my skin condition. They wont push me to renew my contract. Vert good value for money!

This is the worst beauty salon I have ever been to I am not kidding Not only they are unhygienic, unprofessional and the lady boss is rude. Further I have a package with them of 2 years. They did not provide services during circuit breaker yet they do not extend it. every other salon gave additional time for extension due to Circuit breaker but they insisted on eating people's money and credit. They don't change their sheets in between customers too even during the covid period DONT GO THERE.

Terrible experience, extremely irresponsible and rude lady boss. The lady boss forgot about my appointments twice - the first time I just had to wait for another 30-40 minutes so okay I'll let it slip. The second time she forgot about it again and was extremely rude/irresponsible about it. Despite having set an appointment with me, she failed to answer my calls/msgs for confirmation as I was on the way. (I made about 8 calls and spammed up to 10 times) When I reached the stall on the agreed date and timing it was closed??? I came all the way down for NOTHING. Asked her to pay $5 for my travel fees and she refused to even though she was the one that made the mistake. She was not apologetic at all, and was absurdly extremely rude to me, even asking me to not waste her time(I was the one who had 2 hours wasted cos of her lol) Had to even hound her to refund me for the remaining package and then she blocked me. Wasted hours of my time and my travel expenses. Come here if you want to put your money, time and expenses at risk. You can see how irresponsible they are just by their reply speed on Whatsapp (she takes a week and requires significant hounding to reply).

Owner and staff super friendly. Accompanied my friend for her facial and decided to wait in the shop while my friend is doing her facial. I sat at a chair that was not comfortable as other seats were taken. The owner saw this and offered me to sit at a comfy sofa that they used for their medicure. She even took out a blanket and offered to me even though knowing I am not their customer.
