My therapist is Jiaxin for my facial and Dora for my body massage.
Both of them are very experienced and good.
The manager Aynsin is also very well verse in TCM and understanding my problem with my face and body during my Inital visit.
I highly recommend this place for a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jia Xin was really detailed and understood a lot of my existing facial issues. I did bojin facial treatment and it was really worth a try, very different from regular facial but actually with massage - I feel that my skin was lifted and glowing!

- hard selling even while I was lying down naked for the massage with door partially open, same person wasn’t even a smidge apologetic despite saying sorry at the end
- hard selling during massage by masseuse,
was talked at during massage even when i selected to not have someone talk (what’s the point of the pre session form? also, I don’t get why NRIC was asked on the form for a massage???? this has never happened before at other places)
- massage was changed to not what I signed up for
experience was definitely not what all the good reviews have shared

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just signed up for a 20 minute trial for joint pain along with my spouse. The therapist talked us into an hour therapy, saying 20 minutes is of no use etc etc. Also, the therapist kept talking all through the session in a loud screechy voice. After the session, the receptionist charged each of us for 5 times more than what we were originally supposed to pay. Most terrible experience during our entire stay in Singapore, which has otherwise been excellent. Please avoid this place at any cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My spouse and I signed up for a 20 minute trial for pain. The staff here is the most pushyt I have ever seen. During the session, the therapist talked us into an hour therapy, saying 20 minutes is of no & so on. Also, the therapist kept talking all through the session in a loud screechy voice. Still have pain from the session. They're so noisy all through that it beats the whole purpose of the calmness needed for this pain relief therapy session.
After the session, the receptionist charged each of us more than 5 times of what we were originally supposed to pay. Be very careful with this place. I find it very puzzling that they have so many good reviews...

She greeted me well n explained to me clearly what I need to do before massage.
Deborah was amazing... I had warm bed to keep me warm while being massage.
Before I came I was aching all over. Thanks to Deborah, I now go home with relaxing body. She heal all my issue n problem.
Been to a few Chinese massage but didn't solve my problem.
After massage, I was even a neck pillow with Chinese medicine to relax...
Seriously it feel so good.
For sure I will recommend my friends to come.
A price for value.
Plus they have many branches to suit my location n travelling time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service! The girl Albee did an amazing job to my face! I had a lot of black pores and to my surprise they were all gone!! She is amazing really and I highly recommend her!! She also took extra care of me as she knew I was pregnant. Albee thank you so much! I’m definitely coming back again to Syujin!
