Quite upset with the service at Novena branch. Went for a complementary service but was made to pay in the end. In the beginning, I chose the Gua Sha Detok (complememtary) but they planned to do magnetic slimming ($18) for me; I don't need/want the slimming & I specifically choose gua sha detok so only after they made a call to Fiona then they let me have the Gua Sha treatment. Following that, the consultant did a 20 mins gua sha (which is only 10 min after all the talking because I set a 30 mins alarm on my phone) and in the whole process she repeated "20 min is not enough, whole process is 30 min" - a hard selling. **And that this 10 min extra cost additional $20.** after GST, $21.40. My alarm rang only when I was making the payment. So, it seem like they need to, like a must, to get $$$ out of you irregardless of what. Tbh, I did a guasha full bod (facial/body) before at my mum's friend boutique - the guasha treatment here was not up to MY standard (i didn't want to mention because I knew the fact they will questioned me throughout - why this why that). Hence, for the Gua sha treatment at Perfect Body - I can only say I felt absolutely nth, there was zero pain. I believe should have some soury feeling given I have really stiff body from constant gymming/doing sports and not cooling down afterwards. I mentioned once "可以大力一点" to indicate she can put more strength but she continued her talks on how my womb is "cold" and there is a good treatment for that... so she was not listening to me at all. Nonetheless, I hope everyone else who will be doing the treatment ask clearly what they have opt for! If not, seems like hidden cost applies.

Excellent service staff but the poor quality of the usable items make it worse. Cutting cost? Please do something about the usable items and it played parts to the overall service quality and not to waste the effort of the servicing staff.

Effective and professional service by Agnes who takes pride in helping me slim down in a short period of time especially my upper tighs. I am very happy with the results and the team for making booking appointment easily . Would highly recommend this centre to anyone looking to slim down without a second thought .

Great service by Agnes who is not at all pushy! Very generous with skincare tips too! The facial has been really helpful for my acne prone skin. My face does not swell and the redness after extraction goes away quite quickly.

I have been doing facials here for many years and have always enjoyed my experience here. The service here is very good and the staff are all very friendly. I would like to specially mention Christy. She is very experienced and makes the facial very comfortable.
