They actively reached out to me and ensure everything went well. Dr Samuel is a very good doctor and highly understanding of my situation working in the healthcare sector. Highly recommend this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for vaccination. Both receptionist and doctor are very friendly. Doctor will ask a few questions and explain a few important things to note before the jab. As there is no other patient in the queue, the process was fast. Doctor will check on the injected area before leaving the clinic.

When the authorities announced that returning Singaporeans are allowed to carry out our pre-departure Covid-19 Antigen Rapid Test virtually with Singapore clinics, I immediately booked a slot. If it were conducted by an overseas clinic, I would have been very apprehensive. I feel so reassured to meet a Singaporean healthcare professional over the video-call. Just seeing her and hearing her speak makes me feel so relieved and not nervous doing the ART. The entire process from making the appointment, to receiving the virtual ART appointment, to accessing the video link, doing the test itself and waiting for the test to complete till receiving the certified results was smooth, fuss-free and very professionally done. I strongly recommend doing our Virtual ART with Belief Family Clinic. I already feel that I have come home after the experience with Belief Family Clinic. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently got my pre-departure PCR test from here. The receptionist was kind and friendly and made the whole process quick and easy. The doctor was gentle and thorough with results coming back quickly. Overall it was one of the easiest covid tests ive done, I would highly recommend using them if you need any testing.
