★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! The appointment went really smoothly and everyone is so friendly and helpful with answering any questions. I went for my serology test to get my oversees vaccination done and highly recommend this clinic! The lab results were uploaded within a few hours (took the test at 2pm - results were out around 7:30pm that day) and then it only took the MOH one day to upload my vaccination status into TraceTogether. Super time efficient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to the clinic for sinovav recently. Very impressed by its cleanliness and friendly and helpful reception staff. Very touched by Dr Cheryl Lin's friendliness, kindness and tip to press on the injected part for a minute so as to avoid any discomfort. It works. God bless you, Dr richly for your effort of love shown. Stay well and stay safe. You are precious to all who need your loving care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was asked to come for my 3rd vaccination today. The appointment was booked during my 2nd vaccination. Upon arrival, was told there is no record of my appointment and was asked to register directly with vaccine.gov. Another person who came in at the same time as me was told the same. A wasted trip and pretty bad service. If you have your 3rd vaccination booked with them, pls don’t make the trip down, it’ll be a wasted one with no good explanations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am waiting to take the booster right now. But O feel terrified. I strongly agree to one comment that says the staff outside are busy and anxies. I have no idea why they act that busy. And their attitude r super bad. Literally I feel like one of them is shouting to me. They dont have any patience to me. And it truly is a awful medical experience to me.
However, now i finished the booster. The doctor was really really nice. She was like an angel, kind and lovely. She comforts my sadness of been treat badly before.
