★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female staff performed very badly and proud especially to some Chinese consumers which makes me feel sick. So I want to tell her that you should make clear your job and possition. You are a seller and service provider. And if the shop can't treat Chinese people kindly, I think we also don't need to buy anything there. Buy the way, the food is not as delicious as described.
And boss, please train you staffs carefully and even choose staffs carefully if you want to expand Chinese travelers' market.
Bad woman can you tell me what are you proud of? I think you should know who you are and your work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recently there, and despite the information on both Google and the actual corporate website, I was quite surprised to see 2 staff members setting up shop at 0630. Despite being the first customer of the day, and not being fully ready, I was promptly attended to, and my questions in regards to various products was patiently answered, such as requirements of refrigeration as well as allergies concerns. The kind staff even reminded me that purchasing Kaya will require it to be checked it, since the volume exceeds the permitted amount of bringing on board. A delightful experience overall, and was content with the high levels of smiles and grace exhibited by the staff members. Will look forward to my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to buy goodies for some last minute shopping at Changi Airport. The selection is exceptional and they allow you to sample some items. it would be nice to bring some of their cookies home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service this morning at 7.30 am-7.45am was very unfriendly. She skipped me to take care of 4 customers even though my online transaction came back up ready to be scanned. My online app was slow, so it was OK to allow one Customer to pay before me. But 4 clients?!!!!
The cashier doesn't give eye contact and say thank you to all customers too. Disappointing service for expensive cakes and cookies.
