★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there on 15/5 around 2.30pm. Supervisor and counter staff were unprofessional - quite rude in their tone when serving customers. 1 elderly customer was eating a watermelon fruit while in the queue, the counter staff insisted she put on her mask becos she was not eating "I love Yoo" food! While eating there, overheard the supervisor disciplined 1 male staff - both seated in the next table to ours. The yoo-tiao quality is so-so, the freshly-made soy bean drinks is horrid - diluted and mild! For the prices they charged, other soybean drink seller (eg. Mr. Bean) is much better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is always excellent but young man in glasses serving is rude and unprofessional making the experience unpleasant. Wouldn’t come again if he is working. The shop should consider retraining him for better business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some people say the taste differs in Msia and Spore. But honestly both taste the same to me. I love how their you tiao can stay crunchy. I bought a few more after my meal just to snack on. The sweet potato balls however wasnt a favorite... i thought it would be light and fluffy like in the pasar malams but this the filling was just so heavy... i couldnt eat more than 2 balls... Lol seriously

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cut the you tiao and put in a plate, easy to eat. What caught my eye was the butterfly bun so full of sesame. Good place for tea time. Buy back also OK, as the place has limited tables

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered their porridge with condiments. Guess what their salted egg yolk is rotten with small worms crawling on. Forgot to take photo before confronted with staff. And hair was found in their kantin mee. Not coming back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is ok. But service counter man with glasses, his tone when serving is loud and unprofessional. He should not be in the service industry if he doesn’t feel the need to serve with courtesy, the girl working in the back is a much better choice to serve than the man. But I can only blame the top management for not training their service staff well. Too bad, because I won’t go back there again.
