β β β β β I came here on Friday afternoon 11 Sep. The sale is attractive but unfortunately I spent 45mins here, saw designs I like but none of the shoes I like has my size (ladies 10) unfortunately, hence I didn't manage to buy anything. Will try and check out other outlets.

β β β β β The male staff who attended to me was generally ok, but communication was quite rushing. Female staff at cashier made no eye contact & no attempt at confirming my request. She seemed distracted & occupied, until i had to ask twice whether my request for the specific item & size was available. Customer service - a lot of room for improvement.

β β β β β The staff working here are really very patient and efficient especially this Malay man, the young and skinny guy, he is really very patient and friendly and always wear a smile even thou I am a very fussy customer as I am very cautious about my purchases being the "right buy and no regrets". I bought three pairs of shoes with my husband because I really appreciate his patience level. Thumbs up for his good service! Should give him a fatter bonus. haha.

β β β β β This skechers outlet inside the Tiong Bahru Plaza is newly opened just few months ago. Store is having varieties of shoes and apparels. Got shoes for the kids as well. The staff working there also friendly and helpful. The size of the store is just decent so there are limited variety of their products.
