★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had an amazing experience buying a shoe, and a good quality shoe, from Benjamin Barker. Hands down the best shopping experience I had in 2019.
Love how you guys are revamping retail shopping experience, not short changing on quality of products and yet maintaining a decent price point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this shop! The associate there is very knowledgeable and helpful. The experience of shopping there can be comparable to some entry designer suit brands by 30% may be. And the associate even welcomed me back. Amazing! Finally found an amazing blue coloured suit. Currently they have tempting promotions! Better grab them before the stock runs out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had lunch at Vivo around 2.50pm and went to Benjamin Barker. There was a bespectacled gentleman who attended to me and my mom. He was very polite and attentive. A pity I didn't see something I wanted but I was hoping to buy because of his service attitude. Will come again.

Service leaves much to be desired though: at the store, was made to wait while the cashier attended to 3 or 4 different customers at once, and moreover it took me calling the store to find out that what was meant by "Collection Date: 10/11/2021" (as stated on their receipt) was actually "you should come after 6pm on 10/11/2021, at which time your items may or may not be ready for collection".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has one of the poorest service personnel. The male staff was not attentive to detail and was not able to afford proper attention to paying customers. His lack of respect towards customers is utterly detestable and distasteful. Would advise other customers to consider other branches of Benjamin Barker.
