★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were knowlegeable and helpful, but management was disciplining their staff in front of the customers, making the ambience tense and uncomfortable.
An open vent at the ceiling from one of the fitting room cubicles seem to open up to somewhere where someone from above may possibly peek down, making me feel unsafe when changing. I heard someone from directly above using their phone during lunch time.

If not for her, I would have walked out of the store without buying anything, like what I did when I visited the Suntec outlet a few days ago. This worths a mention! :)
